Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented andresponsible Accounts Officer (Trust Accounts) to manage the full setof trust accounts for assigned properties. This role requires a strong grasp ofaccounting principles, excellent time management, and the ability to ensureaccurate reporting and compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage full sets of accounts AR/AP/GL, GST, bank reconciliation for multiple MCSTs.
- Process incoming cheque, bank,deposits, and update accounting records and debtor listings.
- Prepare and issue monthlymaintenance, sinking fund, and special levy invoices and statements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports -Income and Expenditure, Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation, Account Schedulesand Journals,
- Liaise with auditors and coordinateannual account audits.
- Process vendor payments, staffreimbursements, and ensure timely payments to contractors.
- Ensure accuracy of financialrecords and effective time management.
Job Requirements
- LCCI or Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of accountingexperience
- Proficient in accounting systemsand MS Excel
- Strong organizational andcommunication skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, andable to work under tight deadlines
- Confident, professional, andcapable of working independently
