Position: Accounts Officer (AR Specialist)

Salary Range: S$2,800 - $4,200

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily Accounts receivable functions
- Maintain accuracy of inputting accounts details intoaccounting system.
- Handle customer enquiries.
- Maintain proper filing and records.
- Assist in monthly closing and reconciliation.
- Assist in and handling year-end statutory audits
- Perform other admin and accounting duties as assigned.
- Other adhoc duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central is a bonus.
- Conversant with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, meticulous, with a positive attitude.
- A strong team player with high integrity and a sense of accountability.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
