Position Summary
This position is responsible for maintaining accurate General Ledger records, supporting month‑end and period‑end closing activities, and preparing timely financial reports. This role also supports the administration function in clerical duties.
Job Scope & Responsibilities
. Handle month‑end closing activities, including preparation and reviewing of journals, and preparation of monthly balance sheet schedules.
. Prepare monthly consolidated financial analysis and three‑month forecasts for management review, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
. Assist in J‑SOX audit activities by coordinating with internal members, assessors, and testers, submission of audit results, and support external audit matters.
. Conduct annual fixed asset physical verification and manage assets additions/disposals.
. Assist with audit requests and compliance documentation.
. Assist with monthly and ad-hoc HQ reporting.
. Provide support for office administrative matters.
. Handle company car maintenance and car leasing-related matters.
. Handle office maintenance, including office cleaning, quarterly stationery and grocery supplies, and courier arrangements.
. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
. Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience handling a full set of accounts.
. Diploma in Accounting or professional qualification.
. Business-level proficiency or higher in English.
. Good organizational and time management skills.
. Proactive, adaptable with positive attitude.
. Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
. Good communication skills.
. Meticulous and eye for details.
. Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and D365 Accounting tool.
