Roles & Responsibilities
As part of our dynamic team, you will:
- Deliver high-quality bookkeeping and management reporting services for clients in diverse industries
- Review general ledgers and manage full accounting cycles on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Compile and review financial statements in line with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
- Prepare consolidated accounts and journals, and support IFRS conversion for regional and international reporting requirements
- Work closely with clients on Corporate Income Tax and Goods & Services Tax (GST) computations and timely lodgment
- Liaise with external auditors, prepare audit schedules, and ensure smooth completion of annual audits
- Monitor ongoing engagements to ensure on-time delivery of accurate management accounts
- Draft and finalize financial statements for ACRA filings with precision and compliance
Requirements
We are looking for professionals who combine technical expertise with the right mindset:
- Professional accounting license is mandatory (Singapore CA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy (Accounting major strongly preferred)
- At least 5 years+ of relevant experience in accounting/bookkeeping
- Big 4 audit and/or professional firm experience highly valued
- Strong knowledge of consolidation and IFRS conversion
- Deep understanding of Singapore Taxation and Financial Reporting Standards
- Proficiency in ABSS (MYOB), MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and IRAS/ACRA filing systems
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Proactive, passionate, and capable of handling multiple/ad-hoc assignments independently
