About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients. You'll be the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction while identifying opportunities to upsell and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Understand client needs and objectives, and coordinate internally to deliver solutions
Manage client accounts from onboarding through ongoing support
Prepare proposals, quotations, and account reports
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
Handle client feedback, issues, and escalations professionally
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
