- Position Title: Accounts Manager
- Working Location: Tampines
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $7,000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of financial and management reports in compliance with the Group and Company policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
- Prepare management reports, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Review and approve journals, reconciliations, payments, and credit control activities.
- Manage tax, GST/VAT, and statutory filings; liaise with auditors and banks.
- Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and process SOPs; drive system/data accuracy.
- Partner with operations/sales on pricing, cost control, and project/job profitability.
- Lead and develop the finance team; allocate tasks and monitor KPIs.
- Support ERP enhancements, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- ACCA / Degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of group consolidation is essential
- Good leadership skills are preferred
