Job Summary

You will manage daily data entry for collections and bank-in transactions, monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from local and overseas customers, prepare weekly debtor aging reports, and support the team with ad-hoc duties.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily collection data accurately, including administrative tasks for bank-in transactions and filing
• Monitor outstanding payments daily and follow up with local and overseas customers via email and phone calls to ensure timely collections
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on debtor aging to track payment status
• Support the team by performing any additional ad-hoc duties as required
• Coordinate with team members to maintain organized records and smooth workflow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Accountancy, or related fields
• Demonstrate good organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Work independently while collaborating effectively as a team player
• Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, and telephone etiquette skills
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate with diverse customers and stakeholders
