Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Accounts

  • Experience with MYOB & Xero Accounting Software
  • Handle accounting duties such as AR,AP, ledger
  • Prepare payment voucher and issue cheques
  • Accounting report/Financial Statements Preparation/Bank Reconciliation
  • Data entry
  • Managing Emails and Calls for AR/AP
  • Keeping track of all monthly payments and expenditures, including invoices and purchase orders
  • Employees Petty Cash

HR

  • Application to WPOL/MyMOMPortal for work pass
  • Perform submissions to MOM/GPML/SkillsFuture/BCA One Stop for claims & course registrations
  • Calculation of Overtime & Salary
  • Submission of CPF Monthly Contribution
  • Handle payroll & Tax(IR8A)

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business/Administration/Accounting
  • Familiar with Xero, MYOB & InfoTech
  • Basic accounting skills/knowledge
  • Billingual (English & Chinese) - Director is chinese speaking and will require translation.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience
  • Able to work 5 Days week(May be required to work on Saturday if required to meet deadlines, e.g. payroll)
  • Only Singaporeans or Singapore PR may apply

Expected Start Date: Immediate
