Job Responsibilities
Accounts
- Experience with MYOB & Xero Accounting Software
- Handle accounting duties such as AR,AP, ledger
- Prepare payment voucher and issue cheques
- Accounting report/Financial Statements Preparation/Bank Reconciliation
- Data entry
- Managing Emails and Calls for AR/AP
- Keeping track of all monthly payments and expenditures, including invoices and purchase orders
- Employees Petty Cash
HR
- Application to WPOL/MyMOMPortal for work pass
- Perform submissions to MOM/GPML/SkillsFuture/BCA One Stop for claims & course registrations
- Calculation of Overtime & Salary
- Submission of CPF Monthly Contribution
- Handle payroll & Tax(IR8A)
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Administration/Accounting
- Familiar with Xero, MYOB & InfoTech
- Basic accounting skills/knowledge
- Billingual (English & Chinese) - Director is chinese speaking and will require translation.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience
- Able to work 5 Days week(May be required to work on Saturday if required to meet deadlines, e.g. payroll)
