Accounts/Finance Manager ESY

Responsibilities

. Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets and Bank Reconciliation

. Supervise month-end and year-end closing activities

. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports

. Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and variance analysis

. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST regulations and statutory requirements

. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities

. Monitor cash flow and financial performance

. Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls

. Lead, coach and develop the finance team

. Support management with financial analysis and business planning

. Participate in ERP implementation, process improvements and finance projects

. Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by management
