ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVES

Job Scope

• Responsible for month end closing, assist with budgeting and forecast activities.
• Manage and coordinate with tax agents and external accountant engaged to handle any part of the accounting work
• Prepare GST report and filing
• Monitor cash flow file and maintain cash controls
• Prepare and submit monthly reports as required.
• Review AR Aging report and monitor collections
• Ensure payments to vendors or any other external parties are properly authorized and supported with adequate information.
• Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Accounting or similar discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience preferred
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is fundamental
• Experience using AutoCount Accounting Software is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese languages (both written and spoken)
• Positive working attitude.
• Able to manage deadlines.
