Accounts Executive

Our company, with operations primarily in China and a warm,close-knit office environment in Singapore, is looking to hire an AccountsExecutive.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, including preparation of the full set of accounts, account reconciliations, cash flow management, and day-to-day finance operations.
• Assist in the preparation of group consolidation and shareholders reporting.
• Ensure compliance to regulations, accounting policies and procedures in relation to audit, tax and corporate secretarial matters.
• Liaises with overseas finance teams and external parties including auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary.
• Assist in office administrative and HR matters.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of working experience in the related field in required for this position.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) as this position involves communication with China offices.
• Strong attention to details, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Prior experience in accounting firm will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable working in a small team or a start-up environment.
