We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations and support our growing business.
Position Summary
As our in-house Accounts Executive, you will take full ownership of daily accounting functions, ensuring financial records are accurate, compliant, and up to date. You will work closely with management to maintain smooth financial operations and ensure compliance with Singapore financial and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Bookkeeping & General Ledger: Maintain full sets of accounts or specific ledgers (AP/AR), ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
Invoicing & Cash Flow Management: Handle customer invoicing, follow up on outstanding accounts receivable, process vendor payments, and perform bank reconciliations.
Singapore Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns, assist with corporate tax computations, and ensure compliance with IRAS regulations.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, schedules, and management reports for directors review.
Administrative Support: Manage corporate documentation, maintain proper filing systems, and assist with general office administration as needed.
Requirements
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AutoCount accounting software is highly recommended. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) or Google Workspace (Google Sheets).
Local Tax Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Singapore tax system, accounting standards (SFRSs), and statutory reporting requirements (IRAS, ACRA).
Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, LCCI Higher Diploma, or equivalent professional accounting certification.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a full-charge or partial accounts role.
Attributes: High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and commitment to confidentiality.
Nice-to-Have (Bonus)
Prior experience working within an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial distribution company.
Familiarity with inventory costing, procurement logistics, or tracking components/hardware assets.
