Job Summary
Maintain and manage a full spectrum of financial accounting including processing transactions, reporting and analysis, banking, cash management and administrative matters for a portfolio of entities.
Job Responsibilities
Manage a full spectrum of financial accounting including processing transactions.
Prepare monthly and statutory financial statements including financial and variance analysis for submission to HQ for financial consolidation.
Prepare audited financial statement and XBRL filing.
Prepare and maintain audit schedules.
Prepare and maintain tax computations, tax schedules and tax returns.
Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns to IRAS.
Prepare annual budgets and analysis.
Prepare payments and bank reconciliations.
To request for supporting documents and approval if it is not sufficient.
Manage the status over accounts receivables collection and doubtful debts provision.
Manage annual financial and internal audit and to handle auditors.
Liaise with operations, sales, customers, suppliers, auditors, tax agents & bankers, whenever needed.
Ensure compliance with corporate, tax and regulatory requirements.
Handle treasury and cash management activities.
Filing and archiving.
Assist on any ad-hoc accounts and/or administrative duties assigned.
Job Requirements
Degree / Polytechnic Diploma / LCCI Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 1 or 2 years of accounting and/or audit experience
Fresh graduates in accounting are welcome
Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word
Strong in internal control review
Highly committed with ability to work under pressure
Able to start immediately/short-notice is preferred
