Job Description & Requirements

  • Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions
  • Provide advice to clients with regards to accounting, GST, tax, corporate secretarial, payroll matters
  • Assist with IRAS filing such as:
  • GST filing including application and exemption
  • Withholding tax
  • Certificate of Residence
  • Corporate tax
  • Individual tax - IR8A and Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS)
  • Prepare reports such as Unaudited Financial Statements and XBRL
  • Liaising with auditor for scheduling and assistance for audit report
  • Engaged in Due Diligence and Compliance Audit
  • Payroll preparation
  • Ad-hoc matters

We Will Also Provide The Following Exposure And Opportunities

  • One-on-one coaching for various departments (Tax, Compilation and etc) for enhancing advisory knowledge and role
  • Training and upgrading of skills through short professional courses
  • Research and advice on best technology to be adopted by the Company to instill better control, management and efficiency
  • Participation in professional and SME events for better network
  • Opportunity to be one of the pioneer to steer the accounting industry in Asia
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
