Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Responsible for the yearly issuance of IR8B to office staff.
  • Updating of Fixed Assets.
  • To control and safe keep of petty cash.
  • Attend to EDB Survey Form submission (Monthly/Yearly).
  • To prepare a full set of accounts (e.g. AR, AP, GL, Cash/Bank Book, Journal...).
  • Responsible for submission of GST.

Qualification/Requirements:

  1. More than 2 years of working experience in a similar position.
  2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV System is an advantage.
  3. High level of accuracy.
  4. Administrative skills.
  5. Discreet when dealing with confidential information.
