Job Position: Accounts Executive

Salary: SGD2,900 to SGD3,300 / month (Up to 2 months VB/annum)

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday

. Handle full set of accounts including cash flow, month-end closing, and year-end audit activities

. Provide advisory/analytical work on accounting to clients.

. Perform accurate data entry to computerized accounting systems.

. Prepare necessary accounting schedules: Fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, loan, hire purchase, etc.

. Responsible for ad-hoc invoicing and accounting functions.

. Other Ad-hoc duties or assignments.

. Financial accounting qualifications and experience are a must.

. Meticulous & Accurate in his/her work primarily with numbers.

. IT Savvy and knowledge of accounting software are required.

. Open-minded and independent individuals are preferred.

. Can work independently with minimum supervision.
