Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and post monthly journals for crew transactions, ship statements, and voyage disbursement accounts
- Review, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies in charterer, agent, and inter-company accounts
- Issue invoices, credit notes, and manage monthly inter-company billing and settlements
- Support monthly and year-end financial closing activities
- Liaise with internal teams and external crew manning agents on accounting matters
Job Requirements
- Min diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the shipping or maritime industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) experience with Microsoft Business Central is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, able to work independently, and a strong team player with good communication skills
