Accounts Executive (SAP B1 / Multi-Entity)

• Position: Accounts Executive (SAP B1 / Multi-Entity)
• Location: Near Kaki Bukit MRT
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm (1 day WFH weekly)
• Salary: Up to $3,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical + Dental
• Annual Leave: 15 days
• Duration: 1-year contract (renewable)
• Industry: Maritime Security & Naval Technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Support accounting operations for 3 entities
• Verify invoices and process payments
• Record accounting entries (AP, bank transactions, petty cash, sales invoices)
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing
• Assist with GST quarterly submission and budgeting
• Maintain fixed assets register
• Handle ad-hoc finance and administrative duties

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting with minimum 3 years of experience
• Experience in accounting operations (AP/AR/GL exposure)
• Familiar with SAP Business One (SAP B1) preferred
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-currency environment is an advantage
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
