Accounts Executive (Receivable/MNC)

• Manage billing, accounts receivable, receipt application, and credit control processes in compliance with accounting standards, GAAP, and internal policies, ensuring accurate and timely financial postings.

• Support month-end closing activities, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, fixed asset management, GST filing, audit coordination, and statutory reporting requirements.

• Monitor customer credit evaluations, collection follow-ups, aging reviews, and release of blocked sales orders to ensure effective risk and receivables management.

• Review documentary credit terms, assess financial risk exposure relating to customers, countries, and banks, and ensure accurate creation of financial documentation.

• Prepare management reports, maintain proper financial records, and provide support for ad-hoc assignments, projects, and continuous process improvements.

Requirement:

• Degree in Accountancy with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably with exposure to international trade finance and payment methods

• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, adaptable to changes and new challenges, with knowledge of SAP being an added advantage.
