Brief Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts (month-end closing, management report, bank reconciliations, partial AP and AR
- Prepare quarterly GST reporting
- Inventories costing and variance analysis
- Follow up on receivables
- Assist in process improvement
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations and internal controls
- Liaise with financial institutions and auditors
- Prepare forecasts and analyses of the performance of business units
- Assist in any ad hoc matters
Requirements:
- Diploma, Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in SAP Business One, MYOB and Microsoft applications will be an advantage
- Experience in handling multi-currency transactions will be an advantage
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and organised
- Self-motivated, versatile, willing to learn, and has strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
