We are on the hunt for a diligent Accounts Executive to manage property agent commissions, transactions related payments, and claims. Key Responsibilities

  • Commission Management: Administer all aspects related to property agent commissions, ensuring calculations are accurate and disbursements are timely.
  • Data Reconciliation: Liaise with Sales and Operations teams to collect relevant data, ensuring there are no discrepancies in commission calculations.
  • Claims Administration: Evaluate and process claims submitted by property agents, ensuring they are in compliance with company policies.
  • Record-Keeping: Utilise accounting and Proptech software to maintain comprehensive records of all commissions, payments, and claims.
  • Reporting: Generate and present periodic reports on commission payouts, agent performance, and claims to senior management.
  • Policy Oversight: Assist in the development and updating of commission policies, ensuring they align with organisational goals and legal requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure all commission and payment activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
  • Conflict Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for resolving any commission-related disputes or queries from property agents.
  • Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations for commission-related activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Sales, and Legal departments to ensure seamless commission operations.


  • 2-3 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Adaptive: Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Flexible: Open to varied job functions and challenges.
  • Good team player and solution oriented
  • Knowledge of the real es industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Xero will be considered an advantage.
