Roles & Responsibilities
.Process progress billings, variation orders, and retention claims for project sites.
.Handle accounts payable for subcontractors, suppliers, and material vendors.
.Prepare and issue invoices to main contractors/clients based on project milestones.
.Reconcile project costs vs budget with site team monthly.
.Assist with GST submission and liaise with auditors.
.Maintain filing of contracts, S.O.A., delivery orders, and tax invoices
.Support Accounts Manager with cashflow reports and project costing.
.Liaise with site supervisors and quantity surveyors for payment matters.
Requirements
.Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Building/Construction Management.
.Min 2 years experience in construction accounts preferred. Fresh grads with construction internship considered.
.Proficient in Excel, Autocount accounting software.
.Understand construction terms: progress billing, retention, variation order, subcontractor claims,
.Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple project accounts.
.Willing to visit site office occasionally.
.Good communication skills for dealing with subcontractors
