Maintain proper records pertaining to payroll and individual employee's compensation data. Ensure accurate, up-to-date, timely input, processing and payment of payroll.
Job Description
- Manage full spectrum of payroll, including salary, overtime, bonuses and allowances, ensuring timely and accurate processing each month.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized payroll files for auditing purposes and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Verify overtime hours against staff attendance records, ensuring that all overtime is supported by authorized approval.
- Work closely with the People & Culture department to address matters relating to employees salaries, allowances and deductions.
- Reconcile monthly payroll costs and prepare corresponding journal entries for posting to the general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including CPF contributions, income tax submissions and other regulatory obligations.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by management to ensure smooth payroll operation.
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role preferred.
- Good time management and solutions oriented.
- Good team player with a positive working attitude.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency and attention to details.
