We are seeking a meticulous and organized Paymaster Executive with Cashiering Responsibilities to join our dynamic finance team. The Paymaster Executive will play a crucial role in overseeing payroll processes, ensuring accurate payments to employees, managing cash transactions, and upholding financial integrity within our hotel.


Payroll and Benefits administration:

1. Process payroll accurately and efficiently for all hotel employees, including full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff.

2. Calculate wages, overtime, tips, and other compensations with precision.

3. Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and hotel policies pertaining to payroll.

4. Ensure accurate deductions and contributions in accordance with employee elections and hotel policies.

Cashiering Duties:

1. Manage cash transactions, including receiving payments, issuing receipts (if any), and handling cash reconciliation.

2. Adhere to established procedures for cash handling, including secure storage and documentation.

Recordkeeping and Reporting:

1. Maintain comprehensive payroll records, including employee information, wages, deductions, and taxes.

2. Prepare and ensure electronic transfers promptly and accurately.

3. Generate payroll reports for management review and regulatory compliance.

4. Distribution of payslips to all employees

Compliance and Audit:

1. Stay abreast of changes in MOM payroll regulations, tax laws, and cash handling protocols to ensure compliance.

2. Assist in payroll audits by providing necessary documentation and support to internal and external auditors.

Customer Service and Support:

1. Provide courteous and professional assistance to employees regarding payroll inquiries, tax matters, and benefits.

2. Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies promptly.


1. Degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

2. Proven experience in payroll administration is a pre-requisite and cash handling, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.

3. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

4. Strong understanding of local payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.

5. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.

6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
