Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monthly Reports:

. Prepare and compile monthly financial reports.

2. Purchase Record Management:

. Track and record monthly purchase data.

3. Invoice and Document Management:

. Scan and organize all (key) invoices and documents for proper filing and submission to relevant departments.

4. Record detailed descriptions of goods purchased, quantities, and prices line by line in an Excel sheet as necessary

5. Inventory Management:

. Assist with monthly inventory checks to ensure accurate stock data.

6. Account Reconciliation:

. Reconcile monthly statements with suppliers or related parties, resolve discrepancies, and ensure financial accuracy.

7. Administrative Support:

. Provide support for other financial or administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations.

8. Ad-hoc Tasks:

. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management, such as assisting in operational or administrative projects.

Job Requirements:

. Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

. At least 1-2 years of work experience in accounting or finance.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial software.

. Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking capabilities.

. Relevant experience in the F&B industry or supply chain is a plus.
