Job Description
1) Responsible for monthly closing and reporting, including but not limited to:
- Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and analysis (including bank reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation, tracking and monitoring of issuance and redemption of vouchers)
- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules
- Assist with month-end, quarterly and year-end closing procedures
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.
2) Responsible for yearly budget, including but not limited to:
- Prepare and update budget template
- Collate budget submission from Business Units
3) Goods & Service Tax (GST)/ Income Tax submission
- Assist to prepare quarterly GST returns, ECI and Tax computation
4) Ad-hoc assignments/ tasks
- Assist in year-end audit
- Perform other duties, ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in finance & accounting
- Team player, good interpersonal skills, keen to learn and posses positive attitude
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
