Job Summary

You will prepare and manage comprehensive accounting and tax deliverables, ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting client audits. This role requires analytical problem-solving to drive accurate financial reporting and tax submissions, contributing to client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of accounts by compiling and verifying accounting schedules to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Develop and submit GST reports to IRAS, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and deadlines
• Compute local taxes and manage tax filing submissions to maintain regulatory compliance for clients
• Prepare payroll and related statutory forms such as CPF and IR8A to support client payroll processing
• Assist in client yearly audits by providing required documentation and responding to audit inquiries
• Prepare unaudited financial statements that meet client and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with managers to execute additional duties and responsibilities that support client and firm objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA certification
• CA/CPA certification is advantageous but not mandatory

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant accounting and tax experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through accurate financial and tax deliverables
• Experience as an auditor is welcomed and considered beneficial
