Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $2800 - $3600
• Location: Tuas West (Short distance from MRT station)
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm
• AWS + Attractive staff benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL and month-end closing)
• Responsible for day to day data-processing
• Prepare GST Reconciliation quarterly
• Handle monthly reporting
• Attend yearly stock take activity
• Assist in cashflow and accounts receivables management
• Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Experience in full set accounts knowledge
• Proficient in Accounting Software - ERP
• Strong Excel knowledge and application
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to multi-task
