Accounts Executive

Job Highlight:

Location: Tuas Avenue
Salary: Up to $3,600 per month
Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm (Monday - Friday)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to join our client. This role will primarily handle Accounts Payable (AP) while also providing support for Accounts Receivable (AR) during colleagues absences. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting the smooth execution of accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and month-end closing.
• Perform day-to-day data entry and financial processing tasks.
• Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Participate in yearly stock take activities.
• Support cashflow and accounts receivable management.
• Carry out ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in managing a full set of accounts.
• Proficiency in ERP accounting systems and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to multi-task effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
