- Position : Accounts Executive (Manufacturing/Full Sets)
- Location : Tuas Avenue - Company Transport provided @ Jurong East MRT
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.15am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + AWS+ Variable Bonus + Annual leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- Check supplier's invoices & seeks approval before process payment
- Able to handle AP/AR/GST functions
- Petty cash reimbursement
- Monthly bank reconciliations & prepare weekly bank balance report
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for Audit and Tax purposes
- Assist with the preparation of month-end closing and year-end audits
- Participate in stock take events and inventory related matters
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess at least an Account LCCI or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment
- Experience in Dynamic Microsoft 365 would be an advantage
