Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive
Salary: Up to $4,700
Working Days: 5 Day Work Week
Working Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliations, and Fixed Assets Management
• Process staff claims and reimbursements
• Handle petty cash and deposits
• Perform month-end closing and ensure timely reporting
• Prepare and compile accurate financial and accounting reports
• Support finance team with ad-hoc accounting tasks

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Diploma in Accounting or relevant professional qualification
• Proficient in SAP Accounting system
• Immediate or short notice candidates preferred
