Responsibilities
- Process daily sales invoice issuance
- Process daily invoice / payment register
- Daily sales and purchases daily book updates consist of Physical, Paper and OPEX and monthly reconciliation
- Monthly inventory maintenance and valuation
- Monthly physical fair value maintenance and valuation
- Reconciling suspense account for reclassification, ensuring freight cost are captured in system
- Monitoring of due dates of invoices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
- Prior knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
