Job Summary
Manage financial transactions including accounts receivable and payable, perform bank reconciliations, prepare supplier payments, process staff claims, and support statutory audits to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to maintain accurate financial records
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process payments to suppliers on a monthly and ad-hoc basis to ensure timely settlements
- Process staff claims monthly to support payroll accuracy
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of yearly statutory audits to ensure compliance
- Execute ad-hoc financial duties as assigned to support department operations
- Meet tight deadlines for monthly financial closing by organizing and prioritizing tasks
- Work independently under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience

- Knowledge of accounting entries to accurately record financial transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial issues
