ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor company cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports.
• Perform General Ledger postings and generate financial reports.
• Process team members business expense reimbursements.
• Prepare, file, and submit quarterly GST.
• Handle month-end project expenses and related documentation.
• Support basic payroll processing and accounting functions.
• Handle ad-hoc and miscellaneous reporting tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Xero accounting software is a must.
• Min 3 years of accounting experience in construction company
• Hard working, pro-active and able to work independently
