Accounts Executive (Healthcare)

• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time
• Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on outstanding balances
• Manage patient/insurance receivables and ensure timely collections
• General Ledger Maintenance
• Record financial transactions and post journal entries
• Update and maintain ledger accounts to reflect accurate balances
• Financial Reporting
• Assist in preparing monthly income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Gather data, perform calculations, and organize information for management review
• Bank Reconciliation
• Reconcile bank statements against accounting records
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Support the budgeting cycle by gathering historical data and trend analyses
• Prepare budget schedules and variance reports
• Financial Analysis
• Analyze key financial ratios and performance metrics
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 3 yearsexperience in finance/accounting roles, preferably within healthcare
• Proficient in ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) is a plus
