Salary: $3000-$3500
Job Role:
- Assist to create new vendor accounts in SAP system. Check bank accounts are valid and update vendor records.
- Create payment transactions using the SAP.
- Provide support in grants administration processes that include performing checks on non-fundable items in claim forms, following up with institutions finance on sampling checks, downloading claim forms and updating payment details in the financial systems.
- Assist in proper maintenance of grant and payment records.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance or equivalent
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in finance-related work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including MS Word & Excel)
- Strong administrative and analytical abilities
- Good time management skills
- Responsible and independent, with the ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector would be an advantage
