2. Part Timer Accounts Executive (Full Set / AP / AR) (Mondays to Fridays 8.45am to 1pm)

JOB SUMMARY :

Performing of daily administrative and accounting work with Quickbooks, Excel, Microsoft. Duties includes invoicing, payment from debtors and to creditors, monthly bank reconciliations, reports, staff reimbursement, audit and tax queries and other ad-hoc assignments.

Responsibilities

• AP and AR

• Bank reconciliations, journals

• Process invoices, payroll, CPF, calculation of commission

• GST submission

• Timely closing of month-end accounts

• Handle audit, tax and other requirements

Requirements :

• Familiar with Quickbooks

• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice period

• Independent and able to work in a team

• Minimum 2 years experience

• Singaporean or Others

• Bilingual

• Diploma in accountancy
