Job Summary
You will manage financial accounting processes and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic financial planning and compliance within the Construction/Interior Design industry.
Responsibilities
- Prepare complete sets of accounts to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with industry standards
- Assist in compiling financial reports and statements to support management decision-making
- Participate in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to drive effective resource allocation
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting accuracy
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth financial operations
- Deliver timely financial reporting and updates to management for informed business decisions
- Execute additional duties or projects assigned by management to support business objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrated experience in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) with at least 2 years in the Construction/Interior Design industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to efficiently manage financial data and reporting
- Ability to work independently and maintain a task-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Immediate availability to join the team is preferred
