About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to support our accounting and corporate secretarial operations. The successful candidate will assist in handling clients accounting matters, statutory compliance, and administrative coordination for Singapore companies.
This role is suitable for individuals who are organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Functions
- Handle full set or partial set of accounts for clients
- Prepare bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial reports
- Assist in GST submissions and tax filings
- Prepare management accounts and supporting schedules
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and clients
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts
Corporate Secretarial Functions
- Prepare directors resolutions and shareholders resolutions
- Assist in company incorporation and striking-off matters
- Prepare and file annual returns and statutory documents with ACRA
- Maintain statutory registers and company records
- Assist with KYC, compliance, and onboarding documentation
- Coordinate with clients on corporate secretarial matters
Administrative Support
- Handle general administrative and operational duties
- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
- Support management on ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and ACRA compliance
- Familiar with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
