- Position : Accounts Executive (Construction)
- Location : Ubi
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14-21 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Insurance

Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts and ensure accurate monthly closing.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain proper accounting records.
- Process payments, supplier invoices, and staff claims in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Check and reconcile supplier invoices, statements, and payment records.
- Prepare GST submissions, IRAS filings, and other statutory reports.
- Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors and corporate secretaries.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking.
- Monitor cash flow and support cash flow planning.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant professional qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- Must have accounting experience in the construction industry.
- Able to handle full set of accounts independently.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and accounting software.
