About the RoleWe are seeking aJunior Finance Associate / Finance Executiveto join our finance team. This entry-level role is perfect forfresh graduates or professionals with 12 years of experiencewho want hands-on exposure in accounting, reporting, and daily financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accounts up to Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss
- Process payments and receipts; support Treasury operations
- Assist with monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Support GST submissions and audits
- Help with system implementations and ad-hoc finance projects
- Perform general finance-related administrative tasks
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 02 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written & spoken)
- Knowledge of SAP accounting system will be an advantage but not compulsory
- Available to join immediately
- Candidates who do not require visa sponsorship are preferred
