We are a fresh grocery company with more than 10 years of experience. We are seeking a skilled individual, responsible and detail-oriented with at least 2 years of experience managing accounts payable/accounts receivable and full set of accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
- Prepare and maintain full set of accounts to support financial reporting and compliance
- Perform administrative tasks to support accounting operations
- Run weekly / monthly performance reports to management
- Prepare GST submission and related tax schedules
- Do stock-take on inventories
- Any other ad-hoc admin duties
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) are an advantage
Working hours: 9am-6pm
