Job Description

Main responsibilities will be to provide assistance in wide range of accounts and administrative support.

• Check, verify and process expense claims.

• Processing of invoice, quotation, purchase order and delivery order to customers.

• Assist in preparing payments to suppliers.

• Banking of cheques and payments.

• Assist in procurement matters.

• Assist in audit matters.

• Assist in month end closing.

• Filing of documents.

• Data Entry.

• Basic administration roles.

• Ad-hoc Accounts & Admin related roles.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with related certifications.

• Candidates with more than 1 year of relevant experience will be advantageous. Extensive trainings will be provided for fresh graduates.

• Possess positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn the job.

• Analytical mind with strong problem solving skills.

• Meticulous and good with numbers.

• Good communication and social skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Willing and able to assist in overtime, when required.
