Accounts Executive (AR)

It also operates warehousing and container depot businesses in Malaysia.

Role Description

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling accounts receivable in the company.

1. Assist the superior on full spectrum of accounts receivable role

2. Work on the collection of accounts receivable

3. Assist superior to execute Singapore financial reporting requirements and ensure strict compliance which includes supporting local statutory audit, tax and GST.

4. Assist superior to ensure timely reporting of all reports and assignments required by Singapore and China HQ.

5. Assist superior in all the financial reporting (both Singapore and China) which includes financial reporting, variances analysis, budget & forecast etc.

6. Assist and support superior in Group Reporting Team, which includes completing both the Singapore and China reporting packs

Requirements:

1. Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related studies

2. At least 2 year of relevant experience in accounts receivable

3. Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage

4. Able to multi-task

5. Good communication skills
