Key Responsibilities:

. Perform data entry, document filing, and organize records

. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners on operation matters

. Perform basic accounting duties including issuing invoices, managing cashbook, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and petty cash

. Support the accounts department with monthly financial closing

Job Requirement:

• At least GCE O Level
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Prior experience in the motor trade industry will be an advantage
• Positive learning attitude and a strong team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• 5-day work week
