Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Accounts Payable function such as entry of invoices into system, consolidating all supplies invoices for payment end month, processing of petty cash reimbursement etc

• HR function such as assisting in job recruitment, preparation of employment contact, applying of work pass etc

Requirement:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience Accounts Payable

• Proficient in Mandarin to coordinate with Chinese speaking counterparts

• Experience in HR will be an advantage
