Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
- Prepare and process billing, ensuring purchase orders are accurately matched with invoices.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on pending payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process vendor payments and respond to payment-related enquiries.
- Handle bank transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of finance records.
- Verify and process monthly staff expense claims.
- Prepare commission reports accurately and on a timely basis.
- Support internal and external audit activities by providing the required documentation.
- Provide administrative and finance support, and assist with other ad hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience using multiple accounting software platforms is advantageous, as the role supports clients across different accounting systems.
- Familiarity with accounting and procurement platforms such as QuickBooks, AGD, Ariba, Coupa, Accubuy, and NHG AP-Direct Portal.
- Experience with the Ariba Billing Portal will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Willing to learn, proactive, and demonstrates a positive work attitude.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
