Accounts Executive (AP/AR/GL, Construction, East Region)

Job Summary

• Job Title: Accounts Executive

• Location: Tampines

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end closing.

• Manage ledgers, process invoices and expense reports, reconcile bank statements, and handle accounts payable/receivable (including chasing overdue payments).

• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims (crucial for the construction sector).

• File GST and CPF returns, ensure tax compliance, and act as the point of contact for internal/external audits.

• Assist with HR payroll, manage petty cash, and perform general office administrative duties.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, with a background in Construction, Building Materials, or M&E, is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with OCi accounting software is highly valued.

• Strong analytical capabilities, close attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
