Description of Job Duties

Finance Operations

• Handle partial Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions

Billing & Invoicing

• Manage client billing and ensure timely and accurate invoicing

Payroll Processing

• Perform cross-checking and payroll processing for all accounts
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll submission

Reporting

• Generate Gross Profit (GP) reports for projects

Payroll Operations &Process Improvement

• Support payroll processing for large-scale (mega) projects
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing payroll calculation tools
• Participate in payroll process improvements and automation initiatives

What are we looking for

• At least 1 - 3 years of relevant AP or AR experience
• IT-savvy with strong Excel skills (formulas, logic-based processing)
• Comfortable working with structured data and process workflows
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Payroll experience is an advantage
