Accounts Executive

Qualifications & Education

. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA or equivalent certification preferred).

. Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.

Experience

. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience

. Proficiency in accounting software(Reach Business Automation ) and MS Excel.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

. High attention to detail and accuracy.

. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

. Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities (optional to include in requirement section)

. Manage full sets of accounts, including general ledger, AR, AP, and bank reconciliations.

. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.

. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

. Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
